Place Your Bets!

Today is the big day – the 18wk ultrasound where we could potentially find out if we’re expecting a boy or a girl!

I’m nervous, I’m excited, and I’m secretly glad that no one wanted to wait until Xmas morning to find out. Whose lame-O idea was it anyway to put it in an envelope so we could wait 9 days to find out? (Oh yeah, mine. Never mind…)

I’m rather hoping for a boy, but thinking it will be a girl. The boys are hoping it will be another boy (though #2 has said he really wants a little girl but that I’m not to let #1 know). Dh has said “boy”, but I think that’s mostly from a practical perspective – we’ve a small house and having to create another kid bedroom would be challenging.

So? What’s your guess?

Ha twins! Could you imagine? I’m going with boy – just because everyone else is saying girl. Plus all the people I know who had two boys already ended up having a third boy no matter how much they wanted a girl.
