I love homemade bread. I don’t love kneading it. This recipe produces light, airy rolls with a minimum of work, and the addition of whole wheat and millet flours provide a wonderful nuttiness to the flavor. You can easily change up the flavor by replacing the millet flour with another accent flour, such as buckwheat or rye. I buy my flour locally from Mountain Path, through my Buying Club.

This is one of my favorite “in the fridge” summer foods — as I’m making a big bowl of it today, I thought it only fair to share the recipe! This satisfying salad can be served on its own or as a side dish. Quick and easy to toss together, it’s a great one to take along to a potluck or BBQ.

Tonight I’ll be using fresh dill, clipped from the pot on my step!

This is one of my favorite desserts this time of year. Nothing is better than piping hot berry (or apple, or peach!) cobbler with a huge dollop of whipped cream mounded on the top, in my very humble opinion.
