I’ve been craving curry like crazy for the past few weeks — craving, in particular, a curried lentil salad I used to eat at Acton’s in Wolfville, NS, back in university. I threw on my thinking hat a few days back and came up with my approximation, tossing in some barley to add more of a protein punch!
